Goals:
* Expand and standardize the GRAHSS health outcomes tool and database and test its validity and reliability for international surveillance of health status and disease risk factors among adults with I/DD
* Review, expand and validate the GRAHSS
* Conduct large scale analysis of existing international GRAHSS data
* Replicate previous studies using GRAHSS-II
* Develop an expanded clinical electronic database
