Aims
- Phase I: Validate an assessment tool to measure environmental barriers and supports to participation.
- Phase II: Utilize results to design & evaluate a community-based, Healthy Community Living & Participation Management intervention program in a controlled trial with 100 people with I/DD.
- Phase III: Translate knowledge to people with ID, and evaluate its impact at individual, community.
