Dr. Factor is a Research Assistant Professor at DHD, UIC. He is on the Leadership Council of the Aging, Disability and Rehabilitation Network of the American Society on Aging and has chaired the Developmental Disabilities Special Interest Group of the Gerontological Society of America.
